Mindful Hour: Mindfulness Drawing & Doodling
Take a break from the stress of daily life and spend an hour reconnecting with your creativity. In this relaxed, beginner-friendly class, you’ll explore simple drawing and doodling exercises designed to promote mindfulness and help manage stress.
Stress is inevitable—but learning healthy ways to cope with it can make a big difference. Through gentle guidance and creative exploration, you’ll practice letting go of self-judgment while using everyday art supplies to create in the moment.
No art experience is needed. The goal is simply to slow down, relax, and enjoy the process of making marks on paper.
Paper and pens will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring any art supplies you enjoy using.

Artist Bio
Nyx is a local artist passionate about encouraging creativity within the community through accessible, entry-level art experiences. They believe creativity is for everyone—sometimes even attempting to draw a stick figure is more valuable than not trying at all. Nix strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where people who crave creativity can explore it freely and build confidence in their artistic expression.
